With Broadband Starter you have 30 days after your broadband service is active to cancel if you find it's not for you. Just call us on 0870 1900 672 for your money back. No hard feelings.

The 30 day period starts as soon as broadband is activated on your line. We'll send you an email when this happens. Once you cancel your service will stop straight away. If you don't cancel within 30 days you'll be in a 12 month contract from the date your line was activated.

This option is not available with Broadband Unlimited.

The 30 day money back guarantee is limited to one per household. You may need to return equipment supplied before you get a refund. Calls are charged at national rate (up to 7p per min for BT lines, other companies vary) and are open between 7am - 11pm seven days a week.

You can't take advantage of the 30 day trial if you're joining under another special offer or have been an Orange Broadband customer within the last six months. Dial-up customers upgrading to broadband can use it. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
